Metabolisms are Stupid
Today I was going to have my first vegan day, in which I eat no animal products whatsoever.
Unfortunately, it seems despite having eaten fairly okay this past week, though not as well as I should due to a lack of appetite, my body has decided to lose a pound or two. Because I wasn't underweight as it is.
So I'm telling myself that while I may feel free to make all of the MAIN meals vegan, I simply don't have enough snack food that is fattening and calorie-rich AND vegan to sustain me, and thus a full vegan day needs to wait for another time.
Hopefully I'll have prose up later, and possibly a Dinner Time post. For now though, going to do laundry and return to being a hermit on the internet.
