Tonight for writing research I looked up what pagan traditions are associated with some holidays (May Day = mating. Solstice = bonfires. BEST COMBO EVER?); the uses deer velvet has (apparently people eat this shit. No seriously); what herbs are good for muscle aches (wintergreen! And rosemary! And some other weird shit!); whether pronghorns can defend themselves with their horns (they can, but are runners mostly); and whether sacs exist in animals that hold food for later digestion (they do, but in birds, they're called "crops". Derp.).
I love the vampires.
Things I like less: feeling unproductive at work. I finished a major project and just had... Very little to do. Feels icky to me and makes me anxious.
Random thing I may do this weekend: visit a state park. There's a redwood park about an hour and a half away from here. May bring a book, my moleskin book, and a sketchbook and just spend a day.
Now to sleep so I don't miss my psych appointment.
Tschuess.

I'm curious to know how the pscyh appointment went. And, also, if you decided to go to the state park – I'm quite jealous of how close you are to the redwoods.

She upped my zoloft dose and recommended therapy, more or less. And, so far my plan is to go, though my anxiety is flitting about it.
