Tegre doesn't leave Kader because he's brain-healthy; they part because he wants to go to Garanee, she to Arebe. Tegre doesn't start to truly recover from his depression until he meets Eilis, post-Garanee war once he moves to the Arebian continent.

Also, what do you mean about the dialogue?
