I realized at the end that if Greta had a gun, why the hell doesn't she kill her husband? I don't really have a good answer at this time, since Greta truly despises him; something I'll have to keep in mind, I think. I have a feeling she'd still run even if she shot him.
Yeah, the prose in this is just so very confused. Details about the office would probably make sense, yes -- I'm not sure how much she was really caring about how the courtroom looked, but by the time she's on her escape to the office she's becoming a bit hyper-aware of her surroundings so she can get through. I also don't like how very... Blank it feels? I guess it makes sense for Greta's mindset at the time, though.
